Refund policy

Pre-orders may be canceled within 7 calendar days of the order date for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been committed to our supplier or entered production.

After the 7-day cancellation period, all pre-order sales are considered final and are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Customers may request a cancellation within 7 calendar days of placing a pre-order. Pre-order cancellation requests submitted after 7 days may be approved at our sole discretion.

Refunds will also be issued if:

-We are unable to fulfill the order. 
-The manufacturer cancels the product. 
-The wrong item is shipped due to our error. 
-The product has a verified manufacturer defect.
